"Set one clear goal, pursue it, obtain it, and move to the next. Simplify your focus, and maximize your reach."
That sounds easy enough, right? Well, it might be more complicated than you think. Most business owners and entrepreneurs have hundreds, if not thousands, of ideas to grow their businesses floating around in their heads at any given time. This makes setting one clear marketing goal incredibly difficult.
How do you decide what goal takes priority over another?
Are you looking to increase brand awareness? Wanting to grow your number of followers? Do you need to update your webpage? Does your brand need an overhaul? These are all fantastic goals, but how do you decide what you want to pursue first? Always use the SMART Goals Technique- S: Specific, M: Measurable, A: Attainable, R: Relevant, T: Time-Bound to make that determination. Once you make that determination, throw all your resources at that goal until you achieve it. Then, repeat. Simplicity is key!
